Cleanup is a soap formed in the shape of landmines to raise money for landmine removal and survivor assistance. 25% of the purchase price is donated to nonprofit organizations throughout the world that engage in removing landmines and assisting survivors. As the soap disappears, so do the landmines.
'c'est lat crise' - a calabash decorated with hand-painted louis vuitton monograms

developed for a collective exhibition in dakar, senegal, sébastien bouchard's 'c'est la crise' (crisis time) is an artistic response to the current global economic situation.
the calabash, is a bowl made from the calabash tree. it is an object which is commonly used in african culture. every family has its own calabash to carry things, use it in cooking... it is an object which has a price of less than 1€ but is something which everyone uses daily. the idea behind 'c'est la crise' is to elaborate on the significance of this bowl and its use by contrasting it with the iconic louis vuitton monogram which is a symbol of luxury and high-end goods. the juxtaposition of the painted vuitton graphics on the exterior of the calabash result in a confrontation between the necessities of african life and the desires of western life.

When was the last time you emphatically broke somthing? The ceramic salt and pepper shaker offers you the opportunity to do it! The product comes in one piece and by breaking it, you make it useful. Breaking is an experience of impulsive outburst, But this time is an act that builds rather than destroys. In a world of products whose shape is completely dictated by the designer, we enable the user to complete the design himself. The event of the breaking leaves its mark on the shaker and gives it its final, unique, one-of-a-kind appearance.

NU.AER is an air cleaner concept for noisy and neon light dominated workplaces such as large offices. The shape of the air cleaner is reminiscent of an open window through which fresh air comes. The cleaning intensity displayed by the illuminated surface can be set by hand using the slider. The illuminated surface also has a therapeutic and relaxing effect. A real window is simulated by these two functions to create a comfortable atmosphere next to each desk.

"The products are designed to be used by blind people, with the exception of 'Rifletti'. The aim was to create objects pleasant to use for people with such disabilities because the objects they usually use can sometimes be really cold and unpleasant. For example: devices made for the blind are primarily based on robotic voices or braille writing. The objects we designed are based on deeper sensations, like the smell of flowers or the sound of leaves in a forest. During the exhibition at Salone Satellite, we let people test our designs, and we realized that everyone enjoyed using objects that can stimulate all senses. This kind of experience helped most people to understand more about blindness."
Shown above is Scented Time, the antithesis of a watch that marks time in a neutral manner, ignoring subjectivity. Sovrapensiero asks, "How long is a moment of pleasure? What is its smell?" Each candle is scented differently and lasts twenty minutes, lighting the next one before the flame goes out. The user decides when the period of time shall begin when the first candle is lit, and thus smells the passage of time.

The roller called Wallpeppr is capable of coating various surfaces with images downloaded from the flickr online image community. Wallpeppr is connected to the computer via a network cable (a wireless version is on the go). The driver-software plugs into the flickr web-interface which holds controls for the output size 
of the image. A simple click on the GO button sends the image to roller where it is printed with the help of sophisticated inkjet-technology.
